Jericho House — A Welcoming Place

Jericho House is a centre that provides a welcoming environment for adults and youth engaged in social and ecological justice, spiritual reflection and leadership education through retreats, workshops, and conferences amidst a unique Canadian Carolinian woodland setting in the beautiful Niagara Peninsula.

What Our Participants Say

“I thought that the TORCH Conference was very helpful to me. It made me look at all the qualities that I and other people have. It made me think also of all the things I (we) could do for our school and community.”
— TORCH Participant
“My retreat allowed me to look deeper into myself and find the real me and my qualities. The retreat also allowed me to grow up and look at my Christian attitude and the way I handle myself as a Christian.”
— Retreat Participant
“I really learned a lot of things from this retreat and I’m hoping that I can carry this experience back to my school and serve as a strong leader for others. I’ve learned to appreciate the value of nature, friendship, life…but most of all trust and leadership.”
